If the service is to be stopped for any reason other than the fact that the service cannot be provided immediately to the consumer due to the reasons stated in clauses (c) and (d) of rule 33 and rule 34, the water supplier shall publish a notice of the same in public at least fifteen days in advance. The information should be given to the relevant persons or agencies.
